Case 530 Gas Spark Plugs

Probably been asked before, but what are the best spark plugs for a 1966 Case 530 Gas? Also the gap? Thanks a lot - Bob
 
Cannot give you the number of the plug but now days I have found the NGK brand plug is the way to go. Champs and auto lite plugs are junk since many are made in China.

As for gap most likely it would be 0.025 which is a common gap for plugs in a lot of engines
 
Autolite 3116 is the only plug we recommend for your application. Never had any experience w/ the NGK, but I can tell you that we have never had 1 complaint on the 3116 Plug, which is a non-resistor power tip plug. Yes, it was with sad disappointment, several years ago, when a customer brought to my attention, that production had been moved to China. Quality is the same though.
 
I us to use the auto lite plugs in my Fords and A/C tractor but found the 437 plug which would have been used no longer held up so I then switched to the NGK and not had any of the problem I have had with the new China made auto lite plugs
