Got the 770 home yesterday, took it for a ride to get the engine warm. Today I cracked the drain plug, no water from the crankcase, what a relief. Power shift works great in all gears, will change filters and oil in all. Only thing I noticed was a lot of moisture coming out of the breather pipe. I am sure it is blow by, but as it is run it may be less. Will put it on the bush hog and will see how it handles it and if problems show up.

The moisture coming out the breather pipe was the first thing I noticed when the O-rings started leaking in the 336 engine in my W14 loader. Next thing when it gets bad enough is the sweet anti-freeze odor of the vapor. Soon after the oil gets a grey snotty look to it, and that is when the anti-freeze starts to show up at the drain plug. When I pulled the engine and tore it down the O-rings looked like someone had been grinding on them with a cheese grater. It had less than 900 hours on it from a complete rebuild. I wish someone could tell us why the sleeves will vibrate in some engines when in others they do not.
