Having problems with wiring ?? help

Will I'm in progress on "wiring " the tug .. { never done this before } and going with pictures and the VAC manual ... the problem I'm having is the manual shows a "push button & the regular on the generator " mine is all separate ..it starts with a key { I hope } .. got generator wired by pictures and now trying to figure out ... WHERE does the wire hook up too that goes to the coil ?? ... { I know it has to be hot all the time }

Anyone has a picture or think you can explain it to me { remember I'm trying to lean this wiring thing }

Coil as in ignition coil?? If yes only time it is hot is when it is running. If it was hot all the time it would run all the time. Sounds like you have a solenoid which a VAC does not have. If you look on the ignition switch which is most likely a universal one you will see where your to hook thing since it will have B and ign and S and as. on the switch. IGN is the place you hook the coil. S goes to the solenoid B is battery/power

THANKS Old .... this is a VAIW tug and YES it has a solenoid it is also 12 volts ... came from factory that way ... it is a EXp. tug ..{ might very will be the only one made } lots of different things on it that others don't have ...
