Well made a little more headway on the old plow. Ordered a 7/8 NF tap (had to order that one) to clean out the 4 pin holes and then installed new pins (used 3 point pins for use one both EH and 3 point tractors).
Hooked up my Case cylinder to the hydraulic depth adjust and found out that the seals are in bad shape. So I hauled the plow over to the power washer on the 300 and gave it a HD washing to clean her off. I think it turned out alright.

That plow looks great on that tractor but could it pull it at depth? Is the plow for parades or to work? Does it have 3-12's and is an M plow made by csae? I have a case S and it does ok with IHC 2-16's but that's its limit! chuck.

The model M is a Case plow and was the successor (far as I can tell) to the BER plow. This particular model is a 3-14". It is designed so that in thicker soils or hard spots, the 3rd bottom can be easily removed and plowing can resume as a 2 bottom. I have seen Case literature advertising the 300 tractor as a 3 bottom plowing tractor. However, this included wheel weights on the rear of the tractor and I dont believe it ever disclosed what size (12" 14" or 16") plow it was using. Other things to take into account are what kinds of soil the operator is plowing in, how good of a polish the plow has, and how well adjusted the plow is.

The attached image states the 300 as a "New 3 plow, 4 row" tractor. There is sales film floating around out there of a 300 with the same setup as mine out demonstrating in the field.

Here is a 300 from sales that is sporting a 3 bottom BER plow. The soil being plowed looks pretty light and sandy to me and at least one set of wheel weights can be seen on the tractor. Couple that with the weight of the plow and its suction pulling down on the rear wheels and I think in dry going it would do alright with a 3 bottom.

The 300 will handle 3 14s just fine. Sold a good number of them around here just like in the pic.
The 300s pulled the plow in direct 2 in stubble ground, and in low range 3rd in sod.
