what's this plug for?

Case 530 tractor....has what looks like a filler plug but what goes in it, if anything at all? I don't have a picture from my tractor...so here's an attachment from the Case Parts websight. What is #29? I see 17 is a drain plug...so does any type of fluid supposed to go in there or what? That's housing is where the torque converter goes. I don't think any fluid is suppossed to go in this area...because the case websight is calling #29 a "nut breather tube cover" 21 says it is a "plug drain and timing hole". That leads me to believe that nothing goes in there. Just want to ask questions to be sure as I am not a mechanic per say.

#29 is the compression nut for the breather tube, you Do Not fill it there, the cover that is not shown in this pic has the fill plug in it and should be on the RH side (starter side) of the tractor, and Yes if yours has a Case-O-Matic transmission it indeed does have oil in the torque tube
