610 Terramatic crawler question.

I have an original sales pamphlet for my 610 Terramatic drive crawler. It has a lot of interesting information in it around what options were available for this crawler. It mentions a dozer blade for this Ag crawler. I have the blade and blade mounts, although one mount is broken. However, the brochure has a section that describes the dozer and toolbar, posted like this, "Toolbar-Dozer combination for front end dozing......mounted tools" written just as that in bold font. Then it goes on to to say "Do front end dozing or rear toolbar work with the Case toolbar dozer combination. Side beams and hydrolic cyclinders are quickly reversed.....dozer blade and toolbar interchange by removing a few pins" again, typed just like that. My question is what are they refering to by "Toolbar"? There are no pictures of the dozer combonation in the flyer.
They describe "heavy gage" 4 1/4 X7 1/2 toolbars and standard 2 1/4 inch toolbars for lighter equipment.
I am trying to picture what they mean by "Toolbar"
Fred.

I have the rear tool bar and scarfier teeth for my 610. Mounts on the rear and a hydraulic cylinder acts as the third link to raise and lower. Has heavy weights to penetrate the ground. Don't have a pic.

Cat had this tool bar system Case may have offered it as well, all kinds of different tools could be mounted on it

I will have to have a closer look at my blade and mount to see if the rams will pin on when the frame is flipped to the back.
Casecollectorsc, Do you have a 610 or a 600??

To explain a little better with the picture to look at. The tool bar operates to the front, or rear of the tractor.

Well, that is a different concept than what I have. Mine hooks to two hitch points on the rear of the crawler and a hyd. cylinder acts as the third link to control depth. Mine had a loader on it but not a dozer blade.

(quoted from post at 19:19:40 06/12/17) Yep, same thing....have the teeth, weights all in a unit..
Yours must be a 600 then I'm thinking. Does yours have the 2000 pound nose weight on it like my 610 does?

I would think that the chance of it being a 600 and not a 610 are quite strong! Basicly the same machine.
I haven't seen or heard of another 610 in as long as I have been looking, that's only been a few years however!

until he has the serial you can not know I guess,, they made both a 600 and 610 with and without loaders I am trying to locate some lit to tell for sure the differences between the two,, I had a 600 or 610 dsl with loader and ripper many years ago I do not remember what the serial tag said it was all Federal Yellow in color

Yes, mine is a diesel and is yellow. Have a 310 with the eyebrow cowl that also had a loader, (I took the loaders off both machines) and is desert sunset and flambeau.

The 610 was Flambeau and Desert sunset. It has a large counter weight on the nose that weighs in the range of 2000 pounds. It also has a different hydraulic system than the 600. There may be other differences but these I do know of.
Not many 610 built. That's why I am curious every time I hear someone mention they have a 610!

Now I do remember the "10" on them made them AG on the bigger machines I would bet the front weight was a option though and could have been ordered on either the 600 or the 610 like most any other option was available on either machine

That could be possible.
