How to drive a 530ck?

Dumb question, I know. But the tractor was not drivable when I picked it up (clutch shot, the owner never explained and I didn't ask either) .... so now once I fix the clutch, how the heck do I get it going? There are many levers and pedals, but all the labels and writing on it is gone/worn off. I have looked online, but there isn't much on YouTube or google...
I know how to drive a standard transmission car.. would it be the same?
Anyone can tell me "push on that pedal, pull on that lever" etc?
Thank you :D

Good ole 530! If it is ordinary clutch just use it like any other. If a Case-o-matic a bit different. Depress the "clutch" pedal with engine
idleing and put into gear. Mine always gives a wee gear grate to do this, never done any harm. Release "clutch" pedal, it has no slip like a
dry clutch - it is in or out as the pedal only actuates a hydraulic valve. My 530 is 1961 and I did drive a 1966 830 for a couple of days and
the clutch pedal on it must have had a groove (forget the proper term for that , might be a helix) in tvalve which allows you to let the
clutch pedal out with revs up, giving it a gentle engagement. My 530 needs the engine at idle or will jerk. Then use throttle to move off. In
lower gears you can use the Direct Drive lever (under steering wheel opposide from hand throttle) backwards and forwads as you like but in
faster gears use throttle (mostly foot one) to get it up to some speed, thenrelease throttle and pull Direct Drive lever back into direct
drive then depress throttle or use hand one. If you need to change gear going up a hill don't use gear lever, just push Direct Drive lever
forward and keep foot on throttle. It is a wonderful system if you can learn to work with it but you do need to understand it's
idiosyncrasies. I used mine in New Zealand. Good luck and be happy. Good for your loader too!

The lever on the left is the range (I think, been 2 years since I ran it) the center is the 4 speed, as well as the starter, the lever on the right is the shuttle shift.
( if so equipped) the shuttle are gears, so you still have to clutch.

This is from a later 530 but the levers are all the same on both versions, go to your local Case construction dealer and order a ops is my advice
