Case 730 Gas

I have the opportunity to buy a Case 730 gas with Caseomatic transmission for $1400. It is supposed to run good and be able to use it tomorrow.. Is this a good buy and are parts available still for this tractor? Thanks, Chris

The price sounds good to me, for a running 730, but there were 2 versions of 730s. Eagle hitch, and CK models. Both 56 pto hp. I am presuming that it is a row crop with 3pt and pto. Tires, sheet metal, and overall condition will determine how good a deal you are getting. I would jump on that deal if I had use for one.

Good deal, if a comfort King, it could have 3pt hitch, then a really good deal. But the 730s with eagle hitch are good tractors too. Either way, I'd say well worth taking a look at.

Thanks I will let you know how I make out. You don't know where I could get head studs for a Case 630 diesel do you?
