What would you recommend to hold medallion on front of tractor? Pins and clips Case used are no longer available. Want it to look correct.

I took to 1032 screws that would fit through the medallion then I remove them and I went over to a belt sander and sanded down the slot away until it was flat then I placed the screws back into the medallion and attached it with the nuts from behind on the grill that gave it a little bit more of a classy look.I also double nutted the 1032 bolts from behind. CM
