1952 case SC Just a NOTE: if the question comes up again folks can find it. This question bugged me no mater how many times you turn the crank shaft the timing marks will line up on the cam, crank and governor, But the mag or distributor timing mark 3/16 drill mark on the flywheel will never line up at the same time as the cam, crank and governor timing marks one has nothing to do with the other.
Hope this helps someone

If it is like a DC the timing mark lineup mesh is nowhere TDC on the piston, line the marks, put it together then do the stuff related to TDC, valve setting , timing ,etc. Crank, cam, mag drive have nothing to do with TDC, only reference internal timing.
