Tonight after my 2394 sat for a few days the dash went wacky. None of the gauges work when you push the buttons they don't make the beeping sound. I cleaned all the grounds. I pulled it apart at the connection & the stuff on the dash worked for a little bit then went wacky again. Any help would be much appreciated. Do the dash crap out & do I need to get a new one? If so what's the cost on them & where's the best place to get 1? I have pics of what it does but don't know how to post them here.

they do go wonkers once in a while. check your batteries first poor batteries will affect their function. there is a
place in iowa i think its called agtronics that will rebuild them..

I think I found the problem. After going through a lot
of connections trying to rule all them out. I took the
wiring connection apart by the fire wall that is held
on by a bolt. One half of the connections were really
green with a lot of corrosion. I cleaned them pretty
good & the dash worked for a bit then acted up
again. So I took it apart again cleaned it better &
sprayed with some wd40. Put it back together &
seems to be working pretty good acted up a bit but
seems to be working now. Tomorrow with better
light I think I'm going to take that connection apart &
spray some eclectical cleaner on it & put some
electrical grease on the connections.

Gauge cluster still not working so I ordered a reman cluster from All States Ag. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow.

Hopefully it will solve your problem i have thought about getting an extra one to keep going incase of malfunction during busy time

Mine did this a couple times as well. It turned out there was a ground problem from corrosion. It can be a huge PIA at times with electronics.

Keep us posted.
