I have a line on A VAH, around a 48 model. Not stuck but not running, tin is average. The hood and side shields will need to be replaced but grille and fenders are useable. Tires are bad but rims are good. Tractor was running 2 years ago. That's about all the info I have on the tractor for now. It is about a days drive from me and I think I can get the tractor for around $400. Is it worth it? Thanks

When you look at the VAH there is a cast spacer between the rear axle housing and the PTO. The draw bar swing plate bolts to this cast spacer if someone hooked a chain to it and pulled it can break this spacer and they are very hard to find. They were used only on VAH and VAS models. Also the fender mounting brackets are different than VAC. VAC fenders could be modified to fit. These are two of many things that I ran into when I restored mine. 400 would be a good price. Steve

I would be happy to find even a parts vah for that ?f high crop components were good. I went over 500 miles one way and paid more than double for one knowing it needed an engine.
