Got some of the Case equipment out this week for a spin. The plow is a dream to run behind the VAC. Good penetration and does a nice job. I need to get to work again on cleaning up the moldboard for a good
scour. Need to get the coulter put on as well.
The 300 was put on mower detail after we got a second woods mower. The eagle hitch has turned out to have some geometry issues with the mowers. The EH arms are shorter than the Ferguson arms and will bottom
out on the PTO shaft. The RM59 can barely get by but the RM306 will not. We are thinking about cutting down the PTO shaft on the RM306 to give more clearance for the 300 since it has more power for the 1'
wider mower. The Ferguson TO20 will get put back on the RM59. I have also considered putting the mower on the VAC but it might prove cumbersome with low objects and such.
