Case lawn tractor

Just a quick question my son is wanting to start lawnmower pulling and always being a case fan I want to build him a case but every case I look at has a hydro transmission. So my question is did case ever build a mower with a straight gear transmission or were they all hydro? I've also considered building a cub cadet like everyone else and just covering it with case sheet metal what do you all think

You want a 210 they have gear drive and are what the puller boys use as they can Really pull and have a better power to drive ration than even the hydraulic drive ones do, my 210 will spin the tires when mowing in 2 or 3rd gear easy with little lug down on the engine
cnt

Didnt they also make an older one, a 180 or something That also had gears? There is a 100 series I have seen that had it anyway, or maybe that was something someone put together.

The older gear drives were model 120.. They were only made one year though 1966.

He is better off with a 210, parts are available all over the place for that Peerless 4 speed tranny.
