Any body know if a power steering set up from a 995 will fit easily on an 880 selectamatic with manual steering?

No it won't. The 995 has a gear-driven oilpump on the distribution plate at the right side. An 880 equiped with original PS has a V-belt driven pump above the oilfilter on the left side. You kneed a setup of a 885, 1190 or 1194.

All of which have very hard to find, and very expensive if you do find oil pumps. You can however use a power steering from a car(late 90s ford escort, minor lathe and fabrication work) and probably use the rest of the 995 set up.
