Does anyone know what the weight of the rim, tire, and tube for an 18.4x34 assembly ? I need to take those items off an Series 830 model 841 and what to plan how to handle them. All the fluid is removed.
Many Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hey there
That will be hard to determine
Different brands can weigh a lot different
Just a little bit of fluid weighs a bunch
And rims can be different
To many variables

the tires would have an approx. weight of 250 lbs. ea. the tubes probably weigh 30 lbs. ea. the rim probably weighs 120 lbs at least.
so i would say 800 lbs as a rough guess.

The tire and rim can be rolled around easily by hand with out fluid in them. Put a jack under the tractor to keep the height just right. You can "walk" the tire and rim out by rolling it forward and backward while twisting out on it. ALWAYS use blocking or the proper jackstand for safety while using a jack. Below is a link to a youtube video on changing tread width. At 10:45 it shows how to roll the tire into position. Please be carefull and dont be afraid to ask questions. Most of us have grown up doing this kind of work and will help you if you ask. Good Luck and keep us posted, Nick
