Some one tell me about LeSuer swap meet. I can tell from the pictures it looks huge. Is there different areas for different vendors or are they all mixed together. Planning on going, just wanted to know what to expect, besides tired feet. lol gobble

Everyone pretty mixed together. The older area, up around the buildings is filled with vendors pedaling garage sale leavings and 1960s encyclopedias, the spaces are signed up for ea year, you can get your same spot. The buildings are full of trinkets/crafts etc with an occasional literature dealer in out of the weather. The far SE corner, out in a field is where the guys, with a trailer of stuff, amateurs maybe selling for the first time, stuff from their sheds, are to be found. Basically I guess, the full time swap meet vendors are there with the same gooseneck of broken gas engines, rusty T posts, pails of tools they dug out of the dump, you know the scene. But lots and lots of good stuff. Very difficult to see in one day. Lots of picking opportunities. That's my take, and I've been heading there since the mid 70s when it used to be on the Dodge Cty Fairgrounds. I guess my biggest lament is that it's not easy to for a one time seller to move stuff (the best guys to by from anyway, when I bring stuff to a meet it's to get rid of it, not take it home). Lot's of fun, as they all are and for sure something for everyone. The gals enjoy it because of the amount of "stuff" they enjoy. There is no stipulation that stuff be farm or ag related, so it's more of a large flea market with an ag emphasis. My 2 bits

A friend of mine and I would love to go down to this meet, but its just bad timing for me. As I collect gas engines also and this is a good one for our area
