Oil Capacity DB 880

I can't find the owners manual for our DB 880A. Does anyone know the capacities for the engine and transmission? I'm thinking I remember 8 quarts and 5 gallons.
Also - I posted the other day about the woes of trying to get a hydraulic filter through NAPA - I went to two other stores, and they all came up with a 1309, which isn't right. I guess I'll get one from the dealer, then see if I can cross it to a NAPA filter for the future - of course the dealer is 50 miles away...
Thanks
Pete

7-8 quarts engine, 5-6 gallons transmission.

Filter # is k920522, Napa won't have it. Case, or one of the aftermarket companies will. Looks like part of your filter is still stuck in the tractor. It will have a 1.5" spout with an O-ring on it that pushes up into the pick up tube.

Here are some DB880 manuals online in pdf format for free viewing:

Was the screen and bypass valve in the one you took out? Make sure you put it back in the new filter.

Yes - thanks. The top part of the filter was up in the tractor, and the bottom part was still in the sump. It was having some three point issues, so hopefully the filter and fresh fluid will help - it was long overdue, and the sump was full of crud
