1175 hyd controls

1175case

Have a late model 1175 think it's a 77' anyway one of the hyd control remotes is stripped out leaving only one remote. Seems to be a small machined piece that the lever hooks to inside the hyd block, wondering if there is a easier way to fix this than removing the block and replacing with a rebuilt one? Case said part no longer available? How much of a pain is it to get this apart? Any other options? Valve works fine just can not move it to accuate it. Thanks!

Inside the Hyd. valve is a small cast lever that is splined to the control lever on the outside. This lever moves the spool on the inside. Yes they are known to break on
occasion. The valve has to be removed to install a replacement lever. The rear of the platform has to be raise a inch or so to make it possible to remove the two upper
bolts securing the control valve. Rod.

Match mark the actuatator arms to the splined shaft before disassembling or your levers may not sit in the correct position when you are done. One spine will throw it off. This will make one quite cross. I pulled the fuel tank to get to my control valve but Rods method is likely the best. One would think that the tank will slide right out..... It don't. I had to take a note out with the bank to buy new tank straps too.
Good luck

1370 rod wondering if you or someone on here knows where the lever in the valve can be found? Dealer says obsolete part? Thanks!
