Here is an 830 I picked up a few weeks ago with a turbo someone put on it. It's a M&W turbo but someone obviously made all of the piping and welded the flange to the manifold, it has been froze up and block is cracked but I think I'll put another engine in this one. It's in pretty nice shape and I have a running 830 engine. Here is a picture of a turbo I saw for sale a while back.Ben

M&W turbos emptied the oil back into the rear valve cover, the right combination of fittings and you can couple two straight nipples with a piece of hose, if that tractor was from central Pa. there would be a good chance I installed it as I did several. that was years ago, the original turbos were TRW, then the same turbo was sold by RayJay and then I do not know how or if they are marketed today.

To get the best out of that arrangement you will have to advance the timing several degrees. The downside of that is the engine will become noticeably harder to start when cold. IIRC 35 deg. is were it made its best power. I made my intake connector pipe out of steel, threaded with elbows to eliminate those straight right angle welds, thought it would flow better.
