Case 930 CK, generator to alternator

I did it on both my 930 CK's, not very hard, probably an hour or less, put Delco 10si alts on both. Can't remember details and can't get to them for pics for probably another month with all the snow we just had. I am sure the more experienced Case guys here can walk you thru it in no time.

Here is what i did with my 930, and the rest of the Case's I
have. Used the existing generator bracket, cut 1 3/8 off the
threaded end and welded back on. I used a grade 8 bolt, and
if I remember right I threaded the hole a little deeper, I think
the one my 830 was stripped and I drilled and tapped for a
7/16 bolt, might have been 2.5 inches long. You can use the
top generator bracket, and use the double generator pulley.
The alternator has no Keyway but doesn't matter it nut is
tight. I use an impact gun. Also you can bolt alternator on and
leave bottom bracket loose in block and rotate bracket out
after belts are on to move alternator further out from block.
This allows for more belt adjustment an allows for you to use
stock belts. I used both GM 1 wire alternators and regular GM
or delco alternators with plugs.
