188 wrist pins needed

Hey guys, I am looking for a set wrist pins for a Case 188 Diesel used, must be in good condition with no appreciable wear. Have an engine project that requires a pin size change going on. The pin size is 1 1/4"

Any help or leads will be appreciated.

How long are they? I have several 1.250 pins from the IH D-282 engine, will need to check length.

Sorry mEL, I suffered brain fade. The IH pins are 1.125 diameter. I did have a set of 188 pins from a Case forklift overhaul, will see if I still have them.

Found four 1 .250 pins from a MH 44 diesel, 3.310 long. Case 188 pins I thought I had are gone..

The DC pin is located by a groove in the pin that allows a bolt for a clamp style. The pins could be used if they have a thick enough wall to not compromise the strength of the pin by grooving it to allow a portion of a 7/16 capscrew to pass through.

I dropped you a email expanding a bit on what I am doing.

When is a good time to call when the pins are in your hand so we could talk about that angle? I know the 188 pins being Diesel have a very thick wall and would be ideal as a groove would not compromise the strength to any great degree.
