Case W3 (530) Loader Woes

My right side loader arm is rubbing on right side of loader frame. The inside link for the self-leveling bucket is slowly getting rubbed down against loader frame. You can see the variable thickness on lower end of link getting worn down as it rubs against loader frame. There is rust on the outside of the loader support frame and side of bush guard from it rubbing in years gone by. I'm thinking a past owner hit loader bucket on one side really hard to bend it to one side like that or ?.

I have possibly made it worse. Due to my lack of experience In the past months I've had the hoe down and brought stabilizers up and tractor has swayed to one side because loader bucket is down and all 4 wheels off ground. I been thinking that swaying action may have tweaked the pins the loader arms attach to. I;m thinking of trying the same maneuver to tweak it back to the other side.

Maybe if I anchor tractors left side to the ground and then slowly winch bucket to one side once bucket and loader arms clear bush guard. Also thinking of welding "wear welds" on link or building up link before it gets too thin. The link is getting the wear whereas the loader frame is not getting rubbed down. The uprights of the loader frame that the loader arms rotate on are also the hydraulic tanks.

I'm thinking regularly grease the face of the link and loader frame to minimize any rubbing. I know it sounds very haywire yet just kind of confused and frustrated what to do. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm thinking if I can bend or tweak loader frame a wee bit I can be sure to not sway machine in the future. I looked for flaking of paint and cracks and can see nothing. Last owners have done lots of welding on loader (and repainting) frame over the years so I figure the loader has been abused in its past. Possibly its been bent back before and now that metal is fatigued. I'm good with a welder and a torch yet no pro frame straightener.

a buddy showed me how to lower bucket so front wheels are off ground and then back blade in that position. Not sure if that was good for loader either.
