When binding down the chains, should the gear shift be left in neutral so it doesn't put stress on the park pawl? After binding do you leave it in neutral or do you put it in park if it goes? If it does not go into park leave it in neutral? Or is it fine to put in park, bind and go? Also should the muffler be covered? Any other advice? Thanks for any advice, I really will appreciate any help.

Transport in neutral-tape muffler and put bungee cord around door latch and grab bar on cab

Air moving into the exhaust can spin a turbocharger. A turbo spinning without oil pressure can destroy bearings.
