Case 2294 Grinds into Gear

Cannot get in Gear (1,2,3,4) with Clutch pushed down, tractor was apart to replace Hydro Pump drive gears, Power Shift had a few disc & plates install plus piston seals. I have 210 psi at PTO switch port. I have no psi at P1, P2, P3, P4 ports. Do I have a problem in the Power Shift assemble or do I need to look in another direction?

When you say you have no pressure at p1 p2 p3 p4 is that with clutch up or down or both? With the clutch pedal up you should have a reading on P2 that is equal to the reading you have on the flow divider (210). In 94 series tractors C2 is the only clutch what is manually operated so it should go to 0 with the clutch depressed and increase to 210 fully released. If you have that then I would guess that you have an electrical issue that is stopping the rest of the solenoids from working. Make sure all of the wiring harnesses are connected back together properly, check the 2amp fuse in the fuse panel and if all of that looks good check to make sure you have power at the circuit board underneath the console shift levers. I'm sure if I've made an error here Rod will likely correct me but I'm pretty sure your problem is not internal and I wouldn't get in a hurry to start splitting it again.

Jeremy, no psi with pedal up or down, I did figure out last night I have no volts at fuse and a few other fuses so trying to get a wire diagram to trace wires. I'm working with an IT manual that's not very descriptive. So what holds the input shaft from turning while putting into gear if no clutches or engaged, per manual it looked like 2 clutches where engaged all the time in the 3 different powershift ranges.

IT manuals are as you said very vague, a true case manual is money well spent if your going to do much work on one. The c4 clutch acts as a brake of sorts to allow shifting, when the clutch is depressed C4 is activated and stops the drum from rotating. As clutch pedal is released the pressure in C4 will drop to zero and the Pressure in C2 will increase gradually as the pedal travels further up. Once the pressure in C2 reaches around 50 psi a pressure switch will activate the C1 solenoid allowing pressure on C1 clutch pack giving you forward travel in low. My one of my biggest concerns would be no pressure showing at C2 with pedal up as that is a mechanical circuit and should show pressure. You might want to check to make sure that the clutch linkage is hooked up and adjusted correctly.
