I have a bit of a dilemma on my hands...

So as luck would have it I located a parts machine for my 610 Terramatic Drive CASE crawler, only after I ordered and put a deposit on new chain and rollers for mine. What I found was a 600, and it has a few of the parts that I still need, like the spring support brackets and the front idlers are better than waht I have on mine. This machine has been used and abused. The front loader assembly has been broken and welded many times, and the right hand frame, the large flat piece of 1 inch thick metal that supports the entire undercarrage, is bent quite bad. It looks like this thing may have been rolled or pulled sideways in order to bend that. It still has the engine and ftransmition, however most of the caps and breathers are missing so I have no idea how much water is in the engine or transmission.
However...the undercarrage has been recently rebuilt. No wear on the pins and bushings and the rollers look good with no wear either. I have no idea how long ago as it has been sitting in the bush for quite some time and nobody knows how long. But, very little if any wear. Now the situation. This guy who happens to have the machine pulled it out of the bush on a farm clean up job and it is now sitting in a scrap yard. And of course they want a lot of money for this machine. They will not sell any parts off of it because if they can't sell it as a whole they plan on fixing it up and using it. It's too far gone for that, far far to far gone. (it's bent and twisted). They are just using this excuse to try to get top dollar. So situation 1; This machine is about 350 miles from me. Situation 2; They still want too much, in my opinion. 3; they will not sell me any parts, hoping I will buy the whole thing. 4; I would hate to see this crawler get scraped with those good undercarrage parts on it.
So my question, other than myself, who was looking for used undercarrage parts for a CASE 600/610, and couldn't find any so I had to buy new ($$$) is there anybody here who is looking for parts for a machine such as this??? If so, then it might be worth dragging it home. This is a tough call, I know that, but worth a shout out to forum members. I am located in Central Alberta, Canada. (for shipping purposes)
Any thoughts or insite is welcome. I just dont want to have to pay stupid money for two brackets and a set of idlers. If I can recover some of my cost and help somebody else out then that's my plan.
Thanks guys. (sorry for the long post!)
I also posted this over on the crawler section.

is it a 310 or 610. sounds like a 310. I have an extra loader frame for a 310 if it might work. located in Missouri. also have some spare psrts off of a 310 case early model.

The parts machine I found is a 600. My machine is a 610. If you have the two brackets for the leaf spring supports off of your 310 I would be interested in those. They are twp pieces each and one per side. held on by two bolts. That is about all the parts that is missing from my 610 crawler. Let me know!
