Just picked up a Case VWTA running gear. Can someone guide me to the size and location of the original decals? From what I can find online it looks like there is a "CASE" decal on the front of each of the rear axle support arms and a vertical "CASE" on the tongue. Is that correct? What size and color shading? Thanks.

We had a VWTA . It had 16" wheels painted CASE green ,from the factory. The rest of it was CASE red, Not F B red. What you are saying about the decal locations is correct. I think the decals on ours were silver, as they stood out nicely. Ours had a cast steel part in the rear of the reach that was a hitch to hook up another wagon. It was a very good running gear as we had it under a chopper box for many yrs. Ours was new about 1949 ?

Not all the Case wagons VWTA-S were panted the same nor were all the decals the same. Same had all green wheels, some had all flamb?au
red yet others had the flambeau red with silver trim. As for decals the back frame support varied from CASE, CASE with wings and the
implement decal with big CASE with small J.I.CASE CO under it
