I have found a late 930 serial number 8368020 - it has all the normal 1969
features except no cultivator brackets on the sides by the grill. It has knock out plates where the brackets should be. Anyone know if this was close to the end or what the last 930 number was?- it is a row crop diesel. Thanks for the help!!

836 should put it about 1968 build yr ,. the cultivator bracket bolts in to the radiator pedestal ,,. my 4-530s all have knokouts , but none were born with the bracket ,,. my 800 and 730 came with it ,.. when we rebuilt the 730, I neglected to put the braket back on ,,. ffff-forward couple yrs ago,.one nasty winter day ,.and I had the flu ,,.but the cows had to be fed,. always parkt the daily feeding gasser 730 nosed to the helix-Case wagon,. started the 730 and honestly believed it was in reverse,.NOTT!,. it was in 3rd ! , dumpt the clutch and am looking back, and immeditly went FORWARD .rammed the wagon!!, dammit,,.and drinking had nuthin to do with it,.lol . forced the radiator bonnet shellback just enuf for the fan to clean out all the goodlife that radiator ever dreamed of havin ,..had I had the cultivator braket in there and bolted in solid ,..I would bet the radiator would had survived

DENNIS; like paul stated it is a late 69.i have a 1030 #8366063 that was built on april 7 1969. the last 930 was built in may of 1969 so yours has to be one of the last ones built. you need to get a build card for it. I have a 970 that was built before your 930 was built. it was built march 27 1969. it is the first prototype case built. you can contact joan at case document dept.at ph.#262-636-7540 and get your build card for $5.00 . hope this has helped you. john
