and another question, this time the pto on the 770 slips when under load, when using on the snow blower, fill the blower up with snow, pto seems to slip, slows the speed of the blower considerably, I checked the cable at the flow divider valve, it pulls out 3/4 in. like the manual calls for, thinking maybe the pto clutches need to be replaced. I did look thru the pto clutch rebuild section of the manual, just wondering if anyone has done a tutorial on rebuilding these, like the one Rod did on the power shift valve. Any thing else one should be looking for while in the pto clutch assembly? Any and all suggestions appreciated.

If slippage is occurring under load and trans pressure and cable adjustment are correct, yes more than likely the disc's in the pack need replacing. The factory service manual is the best publication to become informed if you have never done this before. I have always wanted the produce a vid of some of the major component rebuilds like the PS and PTO, hopefully soon before I decide to retire from the biz. Rod.
