580CK won't start.

I have a Case 580CK. It is around 45-55 years old. I am having trouble starting it. It starts, and then almost immediately stalls.

The temperature here in Trout Creek, Montana, has been in the teens at night and upper 20's to low 30's during the day.

It has a full can of Diesel 911 as well as a full tank of #2 Diesel.

I use it only for unloading 3x4x8 foot bales of Alfalfa for my horses and I need it to run...yesterday.

It started and ran great most of the summer but...[/b]

I wouldn't go any further, once I heard #2. If you've got use #2, mix it 50/50 with #1, or just straight
#1 if you're going to be running in real winter. The only way I can keep my skidsteer running during
those -20 weeks is straight #1 and a plug in for a couple of hours. Block plug in, not hose insert deal.
I'd be willing to bet you've filter issues with gel............... That comes from a lifetime of running
diesels on the road. Todays fuels are really junk, be sure what you buy is clear, the brown stuff can,
and is many times diluted with animal fats rather than the vegetable oils the concept called for so long
ago.. My 2 bits. You'll get a lot opinions like with lubricants. A real Ford vs Chevy type of deal
