clutch question

We are building a puller using a early 930, we are keeping the hand clutch but want to use a 6 pad clutch and run it dry. So far the only 6 pad we found is from a later 930, So--the question is --will the disc from a foot clutch work in a hand clutch. If this is a dumb ??? I apologize---Tee

You will have to do some measuring, but I think the spline in your 6sp is 1-11/16", whereas the 8sp spline is 1-3/4".

Thanks, We had a clutchmasters in Waterloo Ia. but they left town years ago. We used to get clutches made there in our Oliver 88 pulling days. Thanks we will do some measuring and looking---Tee
