Choosing oils for David Brown 996

I have done some searches, but am still unclear what oils are best for my 1974 David Brown 996.

I live in Canada where our summer temps can be close to 40 Celsius and our winter close to -40 Celsius. The tractor will be kept in a heated shop each winter.

Should I use 15w-40 in the engine?
Should I use hydraulic oil in transmission/hydraulics? I have read some guys use the 15w-40 engine oil (or what ever engine oil they go with) in the transmission/hydraulics. One guy told me to use ATF? I found some that is labeled TDH (Certified Transmission/Differential Hydraulic Fluid is premium Universal Tractor Transmission Fluid (UTTO)
I don't want to mess anything up so any input would be great.

Thanks for your help,

I have an 885 and use Mobil 1300 10W-30 year around. It's either plugged in or in a heated shop in winter. Hy-tran for the transmission from CaseIH dealer.

Found the manual. It says to use 20w/30 or 20w/40 in both engine and hydraulics. I will probably go with a 15w/40 since that is more available.
