If you are having trouble posting pics like I did, read down below about the file size. Right click -"properties" to see the pic size. You may have to compress your pics with a photo editor. One other thing - make sure you click "Continue" after you browse and select your pic file. It may take a bit of time to get it to upload. If you don't see the pic in the preview pane, it didn't work.
Keep trying - you'll get it. There is a test forum you can practice all day on.
"Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case"

Here's a free download I use for email and uploads like this site. Very easy to use, free download and works well.

Make sure your pic comes up in the small square to right. If that's taking forever your pic is to big. A lot of documents etc that I post are on my computer in pdf which you cannot upload, some pics come that way too. Just some random thoughts
