Fred you are doing a very through job of rebuilding that machine, been fun to watch progress and will be great to see when finished. Rod.

Nope. What I am looking for is the leaf springs and leaf spring saddles, the suspension of the crawler. The track tensioners are ok yet, from what I can tell. The number that you provided me of the yard near you (I think??) said that the machine that may have the parts is gone. But you had mentioned that they had more than one old crawler if I recall... I should check again. I have finally sourced the seals that I needed for the final drive output shafts and front idlers. I just need to have two spacers machined to take up the difference between the old seal width and the new seal width. easy fix.
So, I'm still on the hunt for those elusive spring saddles!

The snow all melted here and supposed to be in 40s all week. Maybe I can get down there and check their yard out. I believe sometimes that I know more about their CASE inventory than they do.
