530 easyride seat spring rubbers

Trying to find part numbers A1097 & A1098 spring rubbers .My 1969 530 model 541 Serial #8360560 must be the only one with (2) 1/4" protruding pins and a 3/8 pin with a C clip groove. The aftermarket replacements have only one pin.

Not available anywhere. The closest spring unit is a John Deere replacement spring, but some tweeking is involved.

here is a link to my website and my rebuild using the springs john is referring too. hopefully you will find it usefull. i did all the work and it turned out well. the bad part was after about 3 weeks i sat down hard on the seat and one of the rubber springs broke loose from the side plate. i was very disappointed with the poor quality of the replacement springs.

I reattached a plate that had torn lose with many screws and 3m super wetherstrip adhesive. Maybe it will hold together till Albert City.
