800 hydraulic valve actuator shafts

Merry Christmas To The Best Bunch Of Case Folks In The World!

I'm looking for the two hydraulic valve actuator shafts for an 800. Both of mine are bent at the top, right where they exit the pump body. Machine shops say they can't be straightened - the levers are pressed onto the shafts, and even if they could pull the levers off my fear is the shafts are too brittle. Am I being paranoid? I think I'd rather find a good straight pair if that's possible. Or the whole pump body?

Thanks in advance ... ~Steve

yes there shoulda been a better way than those double shafts ,. and they are rite in the way of the top link bangin the hale out of them,,. bet that's what mest up yours .... they are not pressed together ,,. you can probably press them apart,,. as I did ,,, then take a strait edge , and a few well placed waps and taps with a hammer to straighten ,, grease the hale out of them , or find the slikest thing known to man ,..

Pictures always tell a better story :) I have the shafts separated, the problem is the point at which the smaller shaft is bent keeps it from going all the way into its big brother. All I wanted for Christmas...lol.

Think I would try it in a big vice...worked for me. Had mine on the 800 break where the snap ring groove is. The replacement was like yours so I put it in the vice, tapping gently as I squeezed it.

I could straighten that easily if I had it here, I detect a slight bend in the bigger one as well . where are you ?,,.. I am in Louisville ky area
