I would say to an extent you have to fund the right buyer and such like a highcrop. I bought one yesterday here in Michigan, a case DO with no orchard tin been looking for hints where to find.

I bought one last summer here in MI as well, nor orchard tin either. Good sheetmetal, new rear tires, has a rattle in the engine, $500. It will be a nice tractor when I get it straightened out.

I bought one for 400 the other day, rough shape someone cut the fenders off with the torch just to simply put chains on the back, really disappointed in how people do things. It will be a bare case restoration like the rest of our tractors.
