My dad, James Ray McVay 2, passed away om 11/25/16. He had failing health for the past year and after 3 weeks in the hospital silently slipped away to suffer no more!!!!! I will miss my best friend, teacher, mentor and most of all biggest cheer leader for case tractors at tractor pulls. My heart is very heavy which is know will pass.

Sorry for your lost, I know its never easy, been there, sounds like you have had some good times with your dad, you've been very blessed with that hold on to all the good memories, prayers for you and yours.

Jim I'm sorry to hear about your father passing, at least he is not suffering anymore. I will pray for you and your wife during this difficult time.

Sorry to hear this.
I had the pleasure of meeting your dad a few years back. I sold him some 400 roundnose sheet metal and a DC hood. He drove all the way to western KY to pick up the sheet metal. We had a nice visit. He was a fine man.Prayers Sent from Ky.

When my Dad had a stroke at 90 and was pretty much comatose, I prayed he would not suffer long.
Doc said his brain activity was gone and they could put him on a feeding tube to keep him alive. I said no way. He was with Mama later that morning who had died a few years before.
It is hard, but sometimes it is better to let them go.
BUT, it is never easy.

We're sorry for your family's loss. Your Mom & Dad both stopped in for a visit several years ago, so we had a chance to meet them both. How old was your Dad?

Sorry to hear that. He and Mrs. stopped by the farm here a few years back also. I was working and missed him, but the uncles had a nice chat with him.
Best of wishes to you and your family.
Loren
