John Saeli Case Wheel loader

Hi John
Going by memory I think I read you have a Case wheel loader.
If my memory is wrong maybe you remember who it is.
Anyhow I broke a sun gear and a pinion gear on one of my rear planetary drives on my W26b and as a long shot was wondering if by chance you know of any wrecking yards or other sources that might have parts and pieces.

Your memory is better than mine, but yes, we have a W26B here. CASE bought those units from somebody, maybe Clark or Rockwell, so parts must be around. The "where used" says CASE used those same planetaries in the W8 w9 w10 w12 w24 & w26. Also the 1200 & 1470 Ag tractors. Don't know specifically of any yards, but maybe someone will chime in. Hope this helps.

Not an answer to your ?, but long ago we used Case final drive
parts on a Fiat-Allis. Went to a salvage yard and I guess they
recognized the pieces, sent us to pull one from a Case.
Should be lots of things used it, as John said
it was built by someone else.

if they are the same as 1200-1470 they are made by Clark,, I bet I have them here but I would want a high price as I have three 1470's here

The Ag models might be easier to find at the salvage yards.
I read a lot more than I post and relevant things tend to stick in the back of my head.

Case Nutty 1660
The pieces I am after according to the Case parts page are on the front axle planetary of a 1470.
-Sun gear A14976 (20 teeth)
-Pinion gear A14977( 16 teeth) stamped H 1542
-Shaft for pinion gear A19885 stamped w-933

If you would consider parting with them let me know, I have a lot of manure to move before things freeze up.

it seems like I have one that has a gear missing,,, I will try to get in that shed tomorrow and see what I have I might part with

There was a 1200 in Hendricks Mn at All States Ag parts a couple years ago.

I'm not sure where you are but there is a 1690 on Massena NY CL.

Meyers Tractor Salvage, Aberdeen SD, six zero five 225- 0185. I have seen some 1470's sitting there from time to time, I have seen a few case loaders there as well, don't know if they are as new as a "B"
series though. They ship parts daily.

Yes, Yes and Yes to the sun gear on the drum, and one of the pinion gears and the shaft for it out of the carrier.
