Found anotehr VAC thinking aobut buying it

So saw on Craig's list a guy selling a VAC. Appear to be missing one rear tire but has the rim there. Does not say if it runs or not. Also look like it has a Stockton type hitch on it like the one I got a month or so ago. Not like I need another tractor but for $200 might be worth it

That they do. I've always felt a little silly about this "habit" of ours. 25 years ago, at least, I was at an auction and a DC was way up to $75, my oldest kid was with me, I suppose around 10, and he explained why I should buy it. Dad, he says, if we just bring into the row of parts tractors from the back, Mom will never notice because the grass won't be run over.............. What I was teaching my kid, I started to question. But I do know we brought it home. And we still laugh about that one today. Mom is not on that one...........

Rich, I really like my VAC. I had to add another step to it this week to make it easier to get on and off.

ymy sara has no idea how many square nose eyebrow tractors I have ,,, I just don't let them congragete so she could count them

Ya I too have noticed the VAC I have is a bit hard to get on to. From the back the Stockton hitch makes it hard and from the side or front the Stockton lift bars are in the way. As it sits right now my VAC has a carrier on the 3 point so that helps some. The seat could also use some thing done to it to make it ride better.
