Case VAC idling high

I picked up a VAC that had engine noise and hadn't ran in a few years. I have been working on getting it back to running so I could hear the engine noise. I rebuilt the marvel carb and adjusted it on the bench to settings I found in a nice write up on the n page. I have been working on carbs a quite a while and it was nothing abnormal. The site said that it should idle around 800 rpms the way it is set. Upon starting, it ran at full throttle with the throttle lever backed all the way off. I noticed if I push the linkage on the right side toward the radiator, it goes down to where it should be idling. Is there some type of adjustment I should be looking for? Should I look at something related to the governor? I'm not real familiar with this one, but I understand the concept. Does anyone have pictures of the whole linkage? I'm pretty sure my throttle linkage has some random springs on it holding it in place. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I have a case shop across the road, I may go over there and have them print it out. It's hard for me to tell how many springs are on there. I also think the linkage is out of adjustment. I can move the throttle lever full cycle, but the throttle on the carb is wide open after about 1/3 of the lever operation. 2/3 of it doesn't do anything.
