DB 880 Clutch Sticking

I've got a David Brown 880, that the clutch has got to sticking on. It works fine, other than it doesn't like to disengage - if you step on the brakes it will, but it's still dangerous.
Is there anything I can do or check externally, or is it time to split it and replace?
Thanks
Pete

Try blocking the pedal down when you park it. If it is caused by rust that should help. And or pull the starter and then use brake cleaner spray and spay the clutch and pressure plate and if you can turn the engine a little at a time so as to get the whole clutch. Rust or a heavy coating of oil will cause a problem like your having

No need to pull the starter. It won't show you anything.

Every DB I have ever played with has an access panel in the side of bottom of the clutch housing for adjusting it.

Does the PTO clutch disengage? What are the clearances on the ends of the 3 adjusting set screws?

If it has any sort of bell housing drain make sure it is open so oil/water can drain out. I do not know that tractor as such but when it comes to a clutch problem most of the time it is a one size fits all thing
