Been working on this 930 I put the 2670 engine in for a while now, there are two pulls left this year one this Sunday and one next Saturday, I hope it holds together, I appreciate all of the help I got from you guys answering my questions .
Thanks again
Ben

I might put the intercooler back on this winter, I will have to do some work on the hood and was running out of time. So I put the other manifold on. JC Marleau sent me the regular manifold, Hood was close to fitting with intercooler but by dash at right side it needs to be 2 inches wider.

You will have to ask the pulling guys, I really don't know if there is a reason to use a intercooler on a puller. The 2670 does have different heads, bigger fuel pump and injectors than a 2470. Rod.

2470 has pencil injectors like a 1370, 2670 has the big Bosch screw in injectors like a 1570 has, the 26 also had bigger pump plungers

Would the intercooler make any diffrence in this case in hp, or would I be wasting my time bolting it back on in the future
Thanks
Ben

Guy I know has a stripped 930 same as mine basically, with narrow front and aluminum wheels, 6300lbs, mine is 8000 with heavy cast wheels, which I'm going to replace with 9 bolt hubs and steel wheels, hoping to be 7000lbs, The 1370 centers I have are 700lbs each I think
