430 pump rebuild and turn up?

64 Case 430 188 diesel. Runs good but pump is starting to leak showing signs of being tired. Tractor probably gets less than 100 hours a year, mostly running lawn mower or back blade, but occasionally light tillage work. Local diesel shops won't touch it unless Cummins or Powerstroke or Duramax. Local tractor shops send these out. So who does a reasonable rebuild on the pumps, and do you guys have them turned up to 530 specs?

Here in WI many people deal with a company called Diesel Specialists. Not cheap, but very professional. And yes, turning the pump up to 530 or 630 settings is very common. Don

send it to Jeff @ Interstate Injection ,Seymour INd ,. he will turn it up to 630 specs if you like,,. that seal that is leaking is probably the throttle shaft ,, you can fix that yourself tediously .. as far as a tired motor , if this diesel don't get =much action as you say ,.. try lucas fuel additive , and or seafoam , you will be pleased with the results , you mite need to rebuild the injectors also , jeff will treat you rite nd wont rob you ,,.. stay away from nano based products,, everything I used that stuff on did improve the motor ,, but it also gutted the seals in the pump and injectors ,, never again .and that stuff stinx too ,.

Did one like you have this summer, most run 300-350 for complete tear down, repair and recheck calibration, including return. E-mail is open on Classic, or call five seven four eight three five three two nine two if you have any questions.

Lots of good pump guys around. Find the one who you feel the most comfortable with. You shouldn't have to pay the long dollar to get the job done, but beware of the low ball fellas. Quality takes time so if someone does it cheap they are most likely skipping a few important steps. Make some calls, Ask questions. Compare price, warranty, and turn around time.
