Hello All,
I rescued a David Brown 990 from my neighbors forest, spent hours cutting the trees from around it and getting it out. I've got it running, and would like to use it to run a New Holland 488 9ft haybine and a a NH 273 or 276 square bailer. Just wondering what peoples experiences are with it?
The one problem I do have with it, is that the hydraulics don't have enough pressure to lift the New Holland 488. I haven't yet changed the filter, but will. I would like to know if the hydraulic should have enough pressure to lift the haybine? And if they do, and after changing the filter it still will not, where else should I be looking.
