Case Hydraulic Depth Control

I would like to put the hydraulic depth control component on my MRB plow. I'm guessing there are not too many laying around so I will probably have to fabricate the parts. I was just wondering if anyone on here had one that I could measure or possibly had the dimensions for the parts that I will need to make.

I have attached photos of the assembly that I am talking about. It looks like the MR, MRB, and MTA all used the same pieces.
