1950 VAC almost finished

Been trying to get the rest of my painting done. It was 107 degrees today out in the sun but I found some shade and finally got the fenders, grill and side panels painted with two coats of paint. Still have to prep the hood and get it primered. Got my Decals from Maple Hunter yesterday. Had to pick some tomatoes before I came in tonight.Got a parade the 27th, should be ready?

Several years ago I sprayed the hood on my 310 in the early evening after a very hot day. Next morning it was covered with every species x 100 of insect in WA state.

Oooop, sorry now you're going to be up all night swinging a flyswatter.

Joe, too hot for the bugs I guess. The paint was fine this morning. Got my hood sanded and a little sand blasting got it to bare metal today. Filled a few small dings and primered the bottom side. Won't take long to get some Flambeu Red on there. Dick
