Can anyone help me with a question about a head gasket for a 188 gas with a narrow flange sleeve(4.457"). I had a leaker, and then i found out that there are two types of sleeves, according to age of tractor. the new gasket I bought is the same dimensions as the old one, and it looks like it covers the sleeve-to-block by too little to me. the whole in the gasket measures about 4.354" according to my cheap caliper. that leaves only roughly .050" coverage. is this right?
