Case VAC oil pressure question

So I got this VAC the other day for a super cheap price. Oil gauge is not the correct one and is one of those that is 0-50PSI. Oil pressure only reads around 20psi when first started and goes lower when warm. Does this VAC used the oil filter back pressure like the A.C tractor do?? I noticed it has the same type oil filter on it that I use on all my A/C tractors.
Also how in the world do you hook things up on this Stockton 3 point

Rich, my 51 VAC runs about 20 all the time. That is normal for those engines.
I asked this question years ago when I was worried my oil pressure was too low.
Don't have a clue about that hitch. Mine has the eagle hitch which I hate. Am going to replace it with some swinging arms I have and make it like an 8N 3 point.

Engine oil pressure should run 12-20 psi at full loaded rpm @ operating temp.
