Good score at the local salvage yard.

I took my ugley Oliver fenders that were on the 831C and the hood down to the local salvage yard to do a little horse trading. I came home with a pair of fenders off a 931, a real nice hood of a 731, all the chrome peices, two grab handles for the sides of the fuel tank which my 831 never had, and a near new STANLY muffler off from an 830. The 931 fenders had an original Case rear work light which worked when I tried it at home and a amber flashing light which worked.
I cut the fronts off the 931 fenders so they would work on the 831C. The correct police are going to have to put their Right hand on their butt, and their Left hand little finger in their nose and then wiggle their fingers. I think the tractor will look pretty nice when done, especially when I get the two post ROPS and canopy fabed up and painted. Had to cough up a $150 difference.

Correct Police - Who cares.

Its your tractor make it look how you want. Never seen correct fenders make a tractor work any better anyway.

I have been tracking the progress on both of you restores. These are looking great. Like you fabrication skills.

yes it will be interesting how loren enginners those fenders ,,. I trust he will make a great restoration that functions well ..
